City of Blinding Lights

This picture is very impressively drawn and very beautiful to look at.The character itself is drawn very well,everything from the dress,to the wings,to the diamond she's holding is very beautiful.The light on the top right corner is interesting,but there is no need for the crescent moon unless it is the only bright light shining.The background is appropriate for the picture,it just makes everything else in the picture just pop and stand out.The blue butterfly is a very nice effect and is just as amazing to look at as the rest of the picture.Overall this is one of the best pictures you have ever drawn.
